OK, it's possible that the demise of Utah's running game has greatly exaggerated itself. Michael Glenn has a bounce-back effort today with 21 carries for 107 yards and a score. And no lost yards carries, I believe.

This I can work with.

RB Gilbert Money was solid in relief, and the passing game looks just fine. Two more weeks to evaluate the run game before the trade deadline, but we they are AI teams in Anchorage and Waco, so who knows what that'll tell us...

The offense didn't do bad, even though the Totems still haven't scored a TD. They were efficient. The defense was dominant forcing 4 turnovers and shutting out New Orleans, a performance the likes of which the Totems haven't seen since 2022, when the defense shut out teams two weeks in a row and gave up only 6 points over 4 weeks. Duckworth and the defense are going to the carry this team, but if Columbo can continue to be efficient, as he was in this game, this team can be decent.

Rowland caught a 44 yard pass during the game and is already pressing Louie Heinlein for a starting job.

Well the Edward Sage saga begins in St. Paul. Sage went 21/37 for 185 yards with 0 TD's and 0 interceptions. It was the defense that won the day though as they only allowed 203 total yards and 2/11 on 3rd down attempts.

Sage now shows 28/48 by my scout, or +9/+4 since we drafted him. If only I could figure out how to game plan on offense.

I can't believe we shut you guys out, but man 7 sacks, Emerson must not of known who was coming at him, because I had 6 different players take him down.

I don't know why we couldn't play this well last year, but it's nice to see the defense actually doing a great job this year.

RB Kinney has his 2nd straight 100+yd game, and QB Cook tosses 3 TD's and no picks.

Nothing really specific to point to here, SM just stymied & befuddled us on defense. Hanks ran a lot, but for little yardage. Rico didn't throw an INT, but couldn't finish a drive either. gg.

it was frustrating at first too for us as QB Andrews was tossing the ball around making us look like swiss cheese D and my safeties are my 2 best players and allowed some deep balls early on and I honestly don't remember the last time my rbs ran the ball like that...they really turned on the jets.
next time PH wont be so lucky

Defense was really good. Offense left something to be desired (Although Money still had 9.5 ypa)

Max really does not do well with this GP that I debuted last season. But we win games...
