Always nice to win against Julio, but it was especially telling that I actually gameplanned for this game and came away with a fairly resounding win.

Not sure why my team is so beat up though. Weird.

I pmed Brad for a midweek. Sent a couple trade offers and I'm banged up like crazy.

I had my QB Shaw who was OUT in the 3rd spot for QB's , so nothing should of been changed by Rex, but somehow it happened.

Every time I've tried to put my out QB in the 3rd string role I've gotten screwed like that as well. I think it just doesn't work.

Hm, i remember doing it before without problems. This is weird. Especially if it happened during a midweek. AFAIK the logic only kicks in when a game is played. Otherwise you could have who cares what in your depth chart, active roster, etc.

Are you deactivating the 3rd QB? That would trigger it.

It really is a pain in the ass, and no real way of testing it until a real sim happens. That sucks.

Deactivating would mean he doesn't appear in the depth chart drop-down though...

Yeah, stuff like this really sucks, I've had my fair share of mishaps as well (just not of this particular variety, but once Rex kept dropping players left and right for consecutive weeks before I figured out what was going on).

Ozias, is it possible you have the timing mixed up? It seems the QB was injured in Week 3, and the roster transactions happened in Week 4, when you had a game. Week 5 was the bye.

Not sure, he was listed as OUT, and I put him in the 3rd QB slot...never inactivated him, only noticed he was when I saw 4 QB's on the roster, and only noticed that after the bye week.

I don't see how I would of missed it in in Week 4, when the game states he was released, and then the QB was signed, so I'm wondering if somehow it happened right as the sim for week 5 was being done and the game made the move, counted it as week 4 since I had a bye week, so it didn't see me playing in week 5, and that's why it was recorded as week 4.

On top of that, I don't usually submit a file during a bye week as it is, so if I didn't post a file, why would it make any moves for me?

Hm...I downloaded the Week 4 sim file and the change had already occurred by then.
