BradZ, you could set your watch by him.

Just wanted to say we all appreciate your timeliness and attentiveness to the league

GG St. Paul, that was a nail biter.

I've been playing with my gameplan a bit, and I'm not happy with the results. Seems like no matter what I do, we run 35 times for a crappy average. I need to get Max back to his glory days.

Thanks Mike. I try. Sometimes I fail, but I try.

Well we tried and did a good job on defense but once again our offense lets us down with a measly 4 FG's on the day.

            GG Boston...congrats!

great game by QB Shedleski, nearly perfect and he looked unstoppable
and our 3rd WR Allen stepped it up this week (100 yds)...i knew keeping him in the offseason would have paid off
this is probably the toughest schedule PH has encountered this season and i'm hoping we can cope.

The kind of win we had over Chicago inspires some confidence, but we've picked up more injuries. Most of our injuries so far this season have been the 3-4 week variety, but now we've lost our starting LDT Jerome Howe. Recent 2nd year pickup Wesley "Don" Draper will get some serious time in the rotation for the rest of the season. He would've spent the season on mothballs but now he'll get a big chance to contribute.

Rowland has supplanted Heinlein as a starting WR, but Heinlein continues to do damage on 3rd down. The enigmatic Artie Lovejoy continues to struggle to regain his form from his excellent 2nd season.

Well we survived the loss of our starting LT to Tobacco Withdrawal syndrome and pulled out another win. Defense had a good day with one sack and 4 interceptions, including two by Sam Fischer. Offense did just enough to win and we are happy with that. 5 wins matches our win total for all of last season so now I've got to see if this team is really better (or I'm doing a better job of game planning) or if we are going to collapse.

Anytime we can put up 44, can't complain. Think this roster is capable of doing that to anyone on a given day. Hope we can just keep some consistency.

Defense was pretty crappy again, but recovered 4 fumbles. Made up for a lot of the yardage given up.

Wow...lost my 80/80 CB for 45 weeks. That is phenomenal.

And how is my starting guard who was out for 1 week...still out for 1 week the following week?

Reinjury? Other than that I have no clue.

He was inactive and sat out.

I'm pretty sure St Paul is cursed.

Well apparently the "nicotine" gum isn't helping my left tackle either as he is still out with Tobacco Withdrawal Syndrome. Injuries are about to bring an end to my win streak.
