Looking at the rules for another league and they had a major point that backloaded contracts are not allowed.... As I have just done a few contracts --- 4 year == 800/900/1.2/1.6 or something like that -- is this considered a big problem? I'm assuming there might be an exploit in the coding and that it would allow a team to win it all and then just quit the league --- with the team left in salary cap hell like the 49rs a few years back ...

It was a bit of an exploit in the code in FOF2K4, that has since been fixed. Some leagues haven't gotten rid of their old rules, and maybe some new clueless ones think such a rule is still needed. -

Not particularly. It's much easier to sign a guy to a frontloaded than backloaded contract.Comment

What would be the point of "glitching to win" just so you could quit? If I win a league, I'm damn sure going to stick around to soak up my accolades! ;)The Great One!
