And the halfway point has arrived (or thereabouts). As injuries have begun to mount throughout the league and the OSFL coaches have had half a season to hone their gameplanning skills, it's time to find out who has a playoff push left in the tank.

I thought it was going to be quite the game after that 1st drive by North Liberty... the Damon Bishop/BJ Hopkins connection is just scary. We've had some minor injuries the past couple sims to some rather important players, 2 of them will be coming back and I'm excited about that but we lost one of our RBs for a couple weeks. Luckily, we have a bye week next week.

No more undefeated teams!
Portland knocked off previously unbeaten Phoenix, 24-14.
"Phoenix's Deon Tucker was hurt on the play. This appears to be a career-threatening head injury."
Oh, ya want some billboard material?

My season done. For the second time this year my starting QB goes down. This time for 12 weeks. We did win but the future isn't bright.
$%#@!!!!!
Anywho... I put in an offer for a QB and left my starter active. Once I get a FA QB I will put QB on IR.
This sucks.

What a heart breaking loss!
Last minutes of the game, ball on the 3 yard line, screen pass to the FB, TOUCHDOWN>>>>>wait, theres a flag, penalty on Pearl Harbor. Ball on the 14 yard line, pass play for 12 yards. Ball on the 2 yard line, penalty, unsportsmanlike conduct. You get the point. The worst red zone trip EVER! We lost by 4 points. I'm really getting sick of the close games, lol.
On a good note, QB Kenny Gaylor led the league in yardage this week! w00tLos Lunas Javelinas - 1978 Brewmaster Champions!

Wow.
Chicago escapes with a win thanks to their punt returner, who single handedly won the game for them with back to back TD returns in the second half..
We defensively dominated all but the last 4 minutes of the game, when it seemed we decided to just let them have the win..
I can't easily swallow being in that much control of the game, then seemingly forgetting how to play in the second half.
Either way, heck of a win for Chicago. We'll leave the drawing board where it is for now and see what happens next week, because overall, I think we played very well this game and should have won pretty easily, if it weren't for those meddling PR's!!!

What a terrible game to watch. I think the first half alone featured 7 fumbles (5 by my opposition) and I committed 11 penalties. In one half. Just horrible. I won, but I feel like I lost given how poorly my team played. Every time I think I might have figured out how to get the offense going, it's back to the drawing board.
