Phoenix has agreed to a 150,000.00. dollar injury buyout of repetitive concussion syndrome Safety Deion "Mother" Tucker and has released him from the team. "Mother" Tucker was only with the team for a few weeks and saw his first action last week.
A Free Agent search is underway for a replacement.
This makes the third Safety for the Riders to go down in three weeks, the fourth defender overall to go down with injuries, during which the Riders still managed a 2-1 record. SS Irving "Black and" Becker is out for 23 weeks with a ruptured achilles tendon and FS Archie "Bunker" Matthews is out for 15 weeks with a hyperextended knee.
