    Cary goddamn Money.

Well, I do believe we can beat anyone - but especially in this case, we're going to need something different to happen on defense, and 'Good' Rico will have to show up. Need some stars to align. At least I'm starting to get my starters back on defense, was down about 5 a couple weeks ago.

gl Mike. But I need it more. :D

The defense is gonna be the story here. Our two offenses are pretty comparable stat-wise, but the Boston defense is pretty stingy (especially through the air), while the Washington D gives up a lot of yards.

Will be fun to see how it plays out. GL

Gotta beat Port City. Three way tie at the top of the division and the likelihood of the non-division winners making the playoffs as a wild card are just about zero.

St. Paul beat me twice this year too, so I need them to lose one of their remaining games while I win both. Chris Hutchins will finally be back from his concussion for week 17, at least.

Excellent defensive year being wasted by our offense. I can't imagine how scary our defense would have been if we hadn't been without Hutchins and Howe for half the season.

Offseason priority is the same as it has been since Parrish retired: find a goddamned QB.

He's never hit 4000 yards once in his career, since I always sit him at the first opportunity. At some point it's gonna be too late. I can't help myself this time

It'd be his first full season since 2025.

Side note, Boone was having a terrific 2020 season until he got hurt in a Week 16 upset of Columbus. We started Wendell Longhenry in the playoffs and got our asses kicked. If history repeats itself I'm gonna have to hunt down Nemesis.

Isn't it funny how Cary Money of all people has thoroughly earned his 1.1 draft status at this point?

And I just realized, with Frodo in Washington now, he's facing his Ryan Leaf this week

I think that tackle with the tobacco problem that Los Alamos has will be "facing his Ryan Leaf" for the rest of his life. :)

Here's something interesting. I was thinking 'hm, that rating (139.0) that Rico put up against Kalispel, I bet that's a personal best'. Did some digging, and it's his *2nd* personal best. His best was a 146.5 performance three years ago. 26/35, 361 yards, 5 TDs, 0 INTs. A 45-16 win.

                            Against Boston.

                            Get 'em Rico!
