The advice has always been to sign them before TC. I don't think it matters though, and in cap crunch leagues I avoid signing them incase they bust

So they can be un-signed and progressed in the TC anyway??

Thank u man!! I misshandled the cap last year and today are killing us... Some drafted will be unsigned and can't make a over 50 player roster... What a mess of Top 10 picks... 14M combined without a snap played... Damn it... I will see how my new defensive linemans grow and think about release and trade some veterans...

I have never seen 3 holdouts on one team before either. The only possible explanation is karma for signing Waco UFA RB Marco Middleton.

It's a poor strategy to employ in a league like this where our budgets aren't reduced, but sometimes it's worth waiting for TC in a cap reduced league so that 1.1 pick doesn't completely drain your team for 5 or 6 years.

In this league the development is more important than the financials unless you're really strapped for cash.
