Oh my... We really need to stop the opposite big-play production. Gainesville scores more than 500 yards... Time to sit down and review the line up andd the play book...

GG Bradz. You've built a great offense there.

This one was entertaining. We got 5 sacks and 2 picks, but the offense isn't clicking so you took advantage of some better field positions and put the points on the board.

GG Mike. that was a really good game. Boston driving for the comeback in the closing minute. About to attempt a make-or-break 4th & 4, but Utah gets called for defensive delay of game (for crying out loud), and the Irish punch it in later.

Then in overtime, Cary Money completes a 45-yard pass only to have it called back on a Boston penalty, landing the Irish in 3rd-and-19. Randy Boone marches Utah down for the finishing score, and finishes with 353 passing yards despite just 28 of those going to Alvin Foley.

Pretty sure I used up my entire season's worth of luck in this one game.

                        WOW

U.G.L.Y we aint got no alibi. S Maryland and Phoenix combined for 10 turnovers 12 penalties and 3 missed FGS.

so both of us should be turnover/fumble free for the next 8 weeks?

seems nobody wanted to win this game. we surely tried to give it to the Jags. our 2nd quarter went Int, 3 & out, missed fg, 4 and out, and a int in the endzone.

Not an easy win this week, but a win. The pass D was a little more porous this week, giving up some big plays, but offensively we managed to do enough to mitigate that. GG PC

I've seen the theory floated around that backup QBs acquire Joe Montana mojo when inserted into the game.
