Well... My team seems really dumb sometimes... Three stupid 1st Down penalties in the first quarter to put Phoenix 7-7... Anothe Holding in 3 and 11 with a 11 pass completed to Giles in the red-zone of Phoenix at the end of the 3rd.... Another holding in the 4th quarter put us 1&20 instead 2&2 in the 30 of Phoenix...

Our inability to protect McBriar who gets hurry after hurry... Cost him a separated shoulder and 2 weeks out

Then... Gordon appears from nowhere and found Middleton in the End-Zone... Then familiar after familiar by Phoenix... Goal-Line stand by Ohio... More familiars... More Sacks by Ohio, another turn-over on downs...

Second pick by Bynaker... and we pull the game away!!! 2-2 in our Rivalry against Phoenix and we are in battle for a Wild Car spot!!!

      Come on Sharks!!! :D

Wow, I really thought I had a .500 team this season. Got some holes on offense still. My D personnel is top rate in my mind

Just a bit of advice from my scouting info, but I think the gameplan is the first place to start. Cochrane isn't seeing enough of the ball. People know you've got a good QB, so are giving him more consideration. If you run it a bit more you could catch some lucky breaks while the defense is in pass coverage.
Speaking of lucky breaks, your receivers have dropped 9 catches. That will turn around as the season goes on

On defense you have only had 4 sacks in 4 games. 8 hurries from Badillo are good, but they're not killing drives. If you can get some extra sacks from him it will really help turn the game in your favour

You could still be a .500 team. I'm thinking the Stingrays are a playoff team so don't read too much into the result today. Good luck the rest of the way

              2-2.. BKL getting better.

5 INTs vs LV was key to this game.

Holy crap. 21 points in the last 8 minutes to finally pull out of our malaise. Maybe we can make some hay this season after all. Great 4th quarter.

Rico throws 3 TDs, all to Tiny Dickerson. As long as Frodo throws underhand, they are an unstoppable pair.

Of course, my enthusiasm is tempered considerably in that I see that we beat the #32 ranked team. Making us now #31. *sigh*

The hardest part is that if you force it, you get less sacks. I try to run a 0 blitz gameplan most of the time, and it usually gets me very solid results.

This season I have struggled with sacks so far, but we have more than made up for that with the amount of interceptions, so I'm not worried

Wow, a surprise win for the Monsters. Bucky Jennings gets his second Player of the Game award and this could be leading to a possible QB controversy in Los Alamos. Cash is out for one more week so Jennings will be get one more chance to strut his stuff and then we'll have a bye week to figure out where to go from there. Defense still has to toughen up late in the games though as we are giving up way too many late points.

Big win for us. The run game and field position kept us in it and we were able to just barely pull it off.
