I know a player with low EN plays less snaps, but does his overall rating decrease as well or does he remain the same for the plays he is in?

IMO if a guy gets tired (which would be often with a low endurance guy) his effectiveness is lowered and his injury chance is raised. You can combat this a bit by reducing his playing time. YMMV

Preseason game 4, backups galore and it dragged into OT. Why do we bother with OT for preseason?
Highlight of the game was 6 picks, including 3 off Columbo. Promising signs for our depth this season, that's something we haven't really had before
