Yep, this is the place! GIMP, which is what I use, doesn't recognize much about the PSD templates, but you can build a GIMP psd template that works from these very same downloads.

Takes a bit of time, but I've had to rebuild them several times. Seems like when they get too big, too many layers, like sixty two.... GIMP compresses them down automatically and you are left with a colorful single layer...
