Carried to a win over Yuma by an outstanding game from Will Duckworth who went over 200 yards. Ted Pleasant had a hot start, going something like 11-11 with a TD, but settled down to grind it out once we had the lead.

Pleasant was dog crap in our first meeting, but this time he was on. Going to be brutal against Boston with our top two cornerbacks out, but I'm going to see if I can cobble together some sort of secondary.

If Newman holds his rating next season I fully expect to be back in the mix. First time I've been able to put a premier offense together on Dakota since 2018.

I fully expect to choke in the final 2 minutes against Boston or in the bowl game, since that's how my two FOFL bowls have gone, and I believe that's how it went against Boston last year. :)

Motor City kept moving the chains and they were hard to defend, so I don't see how we'll beat Phoenix unless we show the same kind of dominance on offense we did today. The Bees scored and scored and scored and scored....although we didn't convert our first 3rd down (on our 2nd try) until the third quarter. At that time, MTC was 7/11 on 3rd downs and the score was 28-16, Utah.

Ray Mansker gets an unfortunate affliction of the unknown length heal hammies, which is a significant component of the offense that won't be available for Phoenix. GL strick.

I expected to get blowned so 13-10 with the opportunity to go into the OT with few seconds left is a nice score for me Without a lot starters out due injuries... I think that with few additions and a good draft could put us in the divisional round again...

I felt confident last year, but we're definitely the underdog this year. Offense is gonna have to BRING IT HARD to keep up with Boston.

Our pass defense played really well and the Hitmen didn't have an answer for the Cary Money/Travis Christen connection.

Our teams both rely on explosive big plays, so this one could've very easily gone the other way. See you here next season.
