What is the year and below that you get to resign RFA's?

I have a few 4 year and 3 year guys who won't let me negotiate with them...and was just trying to resign a few guys this sim.

Currently, you can renegotiate with anybody who you didn't already sign this year.

Players who are year 3 and under are headed into RFA. I.e, if they are Years 2 through 4 in the offseason, without a deal, they'll be restricted.

So the guys who are year 4 now, they'll be year 5 and on the open market unless franchised.
