A putrid effort from our offense. 4 turnovers, 3 of them interceptions from Ted Pleasant, the last of which was when we were in range for a tying field goal late in the game. McMaster was under pressure all day from our defense and also threw 3 interceptions, but in addition to that he came up with the big plays when Chicago needed them.
The fans will be clamoring for Brian Douglas if you keep that up, Pleasant!
Yet again we were put in a position I don't want to be in, with us asking Columbo to win the game for us. And no surprise he drives down the field only to throw an interception. The turning point in this game was around the midway mark. Charlotte executed a 2 minute drill way to easily to punch in a touchdown. Then on the kickoff to open the 2nd half, we fumble and they run it in. It went from 14-3 to 14-17 in a hurry. Charlotte just aired things out in this one and that's exactly what I would've done too.

Big win for us this week to put us on top of the division. The little (big) run we went on to close out the first half was the difference in my opinion. Key turn of events there.
GG Commish. We'll see you at the end of the season, maybe for the division. Should be a fun one.
We missed some chances early which put us behind going into that 2 minute drill. Jesus was able to lead us down field to close the gap after going down 14-3. Have to say I was worried as we were unable to stop your run game pretty much all day. Even though Colombo had a crucial TO at the end of the game, you guys had 5 20+ yard receptions so he was making some plays. That fumble to start the second half, after scoring to end the half, really changed the momentum of the game though I agree.
All in all it was a tough divisional game and I'm glad I was able to come out on top. I really thought you were going to finish it off on that last drive. Looking forward to the rematch in week 17!
These next 2 weeks will be tough as we have Yuma and San Francisco coming up...
