Oooh, Los Alamos destroyed Utah in the regular season. The only team to do so. Now they're back.

Holy cow, I didn't see that one coming. As far as "destroying" Utah that's a bit of a stretch and we split the two games so don't listen to that Utah propaganda! Our defense gave it their all this week, the Totems earned their first firstdown of the game with just a bit over 5 minutes left in the second quarter and had managed all of about 40 net yards by the end of the first half. Unfortunately they had also already scored one touchdown on a pick six.

Turnovers, stupid penalties (How can you take a delay of game immediately after the two minute warning with three timeouts remaining?) and a very good Dakota defense shut down our scoring opportunities while Totems finally managed two TD drives in the second half featuring a heavy dose of Duckworth and a dink n'dunk pass attack attack from Douglas (72% completion percentage, just 4.5 yards per pass attempt).

We had a shot at the very end of the game, down 5 at the Dakota 11 with six seconds on the clock. Sack, ballgame.

Good luck going forward Foos, looking forward to playing you again next year.

Gah, had the in division conference progression of the schedule backwards. Next year is the NC South for us. Barring another playoff meeting we won't be back to Dakota until 2034.

Good news though, it means we will only have to worry about playing 1 game next year against a division that has had only 1 team finish under .500 in the last 3 years.
