    2033 DRAFT SIM Complete - Next SIM Saturday morning 03/29

    RB Talley (from Pearl Harbor) and P Webb (from Denver) have been returned to UTA. These were RFA that were voided and dropped in general FA when they should have remained with UTA.

      How do you negotiate contract in late FA?

            It should be rolled forward to fa 2, no?

                          The players mostly suck, but there are a few draftees and FA signings in there.. I was wondering if this happened due to cap problems? I think those guys had to be released so the rookies could sign.

                          If any of these teams are on AI control, that would explain those.

                          I'm guessing a combo of AI and cap caused this, but I don't know which teams have owners at the moment.

                            At time the stage was pushed forward, technically all teams were set to human control (for draft purposes).

                              Interesting. I'd check with the owners involved to see if they want to do anything about the cuts that were made, but I can't imagine too many people being too broken up over a group of scrubs being cut.. Unless they were cohesion guys. Most of the cuts look like cap based cuts.

                              Then again, your team and Charlotte signed their guys without cuts.
