wtf !!!!!!!! I have some guy I signed as a head coach. Howard Geib. I didn't sign him a head coach offer !!!!!!!! He was supposed to be my Defensive Coordinator.

The only way that would have happened is if you accidently made him an offer to be your Head Coach. You can offer any coach any job.
