No. It is just for players on our team who are under contract. You can renegotiate with them to free up cap room. Players with over 4 years of experience who aren't signed to a contract yet are now unrestricted free agents.

I have a couple guys who are UFA, are they basically fair game for anyone? Why are they on my roster still? I don't see any Restricted Free Agents ?? :?:

1. Yes, they're wide open for anyone, starting in the second stage.
2. They are still considered to be Cougars until they sign elsewhere. This is good for you in the sense that if they have high loyalty ratings, they may take a little less money to sign with you than to sign with someone else once open bidding starts in stage two.

They are listed on your roster. They're not under contract, but they have 4 years of experience or less. Their "offer contract" buttons are enabled now.
