Any suggestions how to do this if our Boss accept the petition??

I could carry all the work to organize it! And throw the list to Bradz to put it in the game if possible!!

I've seemingly gotten burned by staff drafts. You really need to make sure you aren't setting your thresholds too high. Meaning, for the guys you want to replace, set it to 0. And then make sure the specific categories you care about aren't set too high.

For example, if your current OC is amazing in Play Calling, but sucks at everything else, if you put Play Calling as super important in the draft screen thing you may not end up with a new OC because the draft couldn't find an OC with better Play Calling than your current OC. As in if a better overall coach is available, but his Play Calling is lower than your current guy it won't draft the.new, better overall guy.

It all depends on your settings and since this is a new feature everyone is trying to figure out what to do. Your beat bet is to put 0 for your threshold as it'll do its best to dump your current coach.

I hate that system and I think a public thread with teams posting for his new coaches per time, is way better due you can sign other teams coordinator o promote your owns for example... it dependes how many managers think in this way and if it could be done easily by our commish when the staff draft ends

Probably, I can handle all the forum work and give him the lightest part, but obviusly he have a life and probably doesn´t have enough time for this, anyway I suggest that Staff Draft waiting for his consideration

If anyone has suggestions based on what is working in other leagues related to staff drafts, I'm all ears. This is by far the weirdest part of the new version of the game, IMO. It makes no sense to me.

Yup. It would take way to long to try to manually do it. Set your preferences and let the game draft. Quick, easy, done.

when you go through "retain staff" and hit "finished with negotiations" I believe

Click in retain staff, once you finished it you must hit go to staff draft preferences...
