Help North Liberty!

Ok, I'm trying to get North Liberty (CoachPitino) set up with the league and we're having some difficulties. I'm at work without access to FOF, so I was hoping maybe someone who either knows more about the process or has access to the game could be of assistance here.

Anyway, I believe he has all the league and universe (and logo) files in the correct place. When he clicks to start a new career, it asks him whether he wants to have a draft or not. He clicks no and is told to send me a file, which I assume he can just disregard since this isn't the inception of the league. But then it says "unable to load game plan data file."

Any ideas? Is there a step I'm forgetting here?

Oops....Zipped it up for ya. Yeah, just extrct to your /leagues directory, and hopefully you'll be good to go.

Also, AFTER you have downloaded last season's file and extracted it into the league folder, you should download the latest league file which can be found in the thread that is titled Summer/Franchise/Ticket Prices complete, and extract that into the league folder.

I'm still having problems, even after putting the new file in my league folder, it is still doing the same thing. #-o

That is odd. What is the exact error message you are getting?

Also, how are you trying to open (load) this league?

Ok, when I open the game I click on the multiplayer button in the top right corner

(the picture of a head), then I select Enter New career, I type the league ID, choose

my team, then select begin without draft. The game then tells me to send a file to the

commissioner, I click OK on that, then it disappears and thats it, but I can also click on

the open multiplayer game button in the top right corner, and it has the North Liberty

Enforcers listed, so I open that file, and it gets about halfway, then the error pops up

that says, Unable to load game plan data file. Saved game is missing. I'm probably doing something wrong here

I hopeful that I can re-run the last sim this Thursday and then run the new stage this Friday (week 2 of free agency). Unfortunately, I don't know what's causing Pitino's problems right now and until we get those solved, we can't move forward.

I'm sick right now, btw....so if someone else could get his problems solved, that would be cool.

That is odd, CoachPitino. I'd suggest loading our file from the end of the year that is unzipped and can be found in the thread about the championship game. Once that is unzipped into the leagues subfolder, I'd download the most recent file and unzip that into the leagues folder to see if it solves your problem.
