Since we're short on owners I'm not sure it makes much sense to enforce the old FA rules, but let's try to keep things in some order if we can.

Sorry if that wasn't clear, no restrictions. The new version should alleviate the prior issues. If we need to step in we will, but for now no restrictions.

I'm delaying this SIM another day. Just to clarify, we will be relying on the new financial engine in the game to "fix" the old FA issues. No restrictions on years/$$ for this season, but if gaming the system becomes an issue we'll revisit.
