Tracking Improvement/Decline

I remember very early on somebody posted a utility or way to track every players ratings shift, but I can't find it. Anyone know where it was posted?

I know somebody posted when are the best times to "export" for tracker. Anyone remember?

pre training camp, post training camp, mid-season, end of season --- just a real guess here

You can do it more times, but the key times are pre training camp, post training camp and end of season in my opinion.

I usually do it every 4 weeks of the regular season as well, but that could be overkill.
