What's player tracker?

PlayerTracker is a tool that will store player ratings for players at certain stages so you can look back on them as they progress or if they're declining. You typically want to track players at certain stages:
Just as FA1 begins. (this only stores data for the combines of draftees)
Just before the TC stage is run.
Just after TC is run. (this will tell you how your players moved in TC)
Just after Preseason 2 is run. (this will tell you how your players moved after the 2nd week of the preseason was run, and I'm not entirely sure what this stage means, but it seems significant in terms of importance)

The ratings in game when you click on the ratings are from the league scout. The ratings on the PlayerTracker are generated by your personal coaches scout rating.

I could list off several ways it's advantageous to use PlayerTracker over using the league scout, the only way I would ever consider listening to the league scout overy my personal scouts is if the league scout has 100/100 scout rating, but even then you won't get any kind of consistency since the league scout changes often.

While at FOFC you should also get Draft Analyzer and maybe Game play Analyzer.

Greg's done some good stuff for this game.

I'm actually not sure. PlayerTracker isn't one that I use, although it's impressive work from Greg, of course.

It's better in that you can see where (a) the blue area was when he was coming out of college, (b) his high point and where his ratings have dropped since then and (c) you can track it as often as you'd like.

Player Tracker is incredible. That's all you need to know. Greg outdid himself with this one.

Does the draft analyzer only work prior to the draft?

Nope.

Thought I may not understand your question. It's a standalone program, so it works independent of the draft, but you can use it after the draft to look at UDFAs and past drafts (if you saved the file).
