You'll have to wait until training camp. Best way to get them to sign is cough up the cash and go with option 4. To my knowledge, they pretty much never turn that one down.

Your next chance to sign them will right after FA2, right before the training camp sim. I recommend giving them what they want or risk facing a holdout. If they don't sign then, you get a chance each week of the preseason and regular season until they do sign.

My option 2 seemed like a sweeter deal.
