So did my conditioning coach get a promotion? I am trying to figure out how my 83 rated guy is not longer with my team. Not really sure how this works.

So, either one of two things happened:

You had Strength Coach set to 100 in the preferences, meaning he was going to be replaced no matter what.

Your team was so bad for so long the game fired your coaches. All of them.

I thought had my defensive coach at 0 and i think he still got fired.

That may be, but the only entry I can find:

Staff Draft Han, Frankie Washington Bombers --- hired as defensive coordinator

Means you didn't fire your DC, but you didn't extend his contract. I believe you would've had to do extend him last season when he was in the last year of his contract.

This means the AI automatically fired your coaches, so it's nothing you did. Sometimes the game just does this, which is insulting when the team is player-owned when it happens, but apparently it does actually happen.
