Well we lost...and our coach is an idiot. 1st and goal from the one with 20 seconds left in the half and he kicks the FG. Oh well its preseason.

Desmond Kaplan had a real nice day, 14-19-162 no picks. I also saw a lot of "Kaplan throws away from double coverage". Henry Rose did decent too.

Yardage we dominated, but penalties, drops, and gave up some big plays on D. But a nice showing by some of the rookies and our up and coming D ends. Coach is pretty happy.

got the 1st pre-season win. not happy at all with the offense. lost my starting FS for 2 weeks for a concussion. Just hope to stay healthy. I think we'll go pretty hard for oour 3rd preseason game. Oh, my 3rd round pick, rookie QB sucks. He'll be 3rd string the rest of the way. Which begs the question, why doesn't the 3rd stringer get to play in preseason?

My rookie QB, Ty Poston, who had an outside shot of winning the starting QB job at some point this season, got hurt on his very first play. A hand off. Strained groin, out three weeks.

          Are you kidding me....

We lost. The offense was terrible. Probably because I gameplanned for Poston, and not Drummond, but oh well. The defense played very well, especially since they were on the field for about 75% of the game.

My incumbent starter at QB, Herman Alabaso, has played very well in limited pre-season action. He looks to be the starter for the year. I will just have to give him more reps the next two weeks.

Another disappointing performance by the offense. Our defense played extremely well except for the first drive of the game. We held them at the 1 yard line, so they only got 3 points, but drove down the field rather easily. It's going to be a long season if we can't move the ball on offense.

Disappointing game for me, just couldn't get the offense going and put the points on the board to win. Gainesville's punter kept burying my team inside our own 5 or 10 yard line, so couldn't really do what I wanted to on offense.

We gave up 5 more sacks this game, that's a big problem in our 2 games so far. Scoggins outperformed Austin again, the rookie might start if it stays this way. Our other first round pick CB Donnell Burke picked off a pass as well.

                Good game Aaron

Based on this game, I would start Scoggins. We are a blitz happy team and he avoided the rush well. Our Punter is pretty good (2nd team all pro) and if he keeps playing like that, I'll have to pay 1.5 mil a year to keep him.

                    I hate you, diesel!

IMing me telling me my RB had a shoulder injury and it turned out to be Kyle Godfrey, not Randy Richardson.

                    You're such a dick. :(

Myron (Allen) looked like the real deal out there. I'm very impressed. We had 4 turnovers though, 2 fumbles AND 2 interceptions(by Blaine "the Lame" Horner). Our defense looked pretty weak in some areas though, but a lot of that was poor preparation on my part. All in all, I was mildly satisfied, despite the loss.

Lost, but it was expected. I rested a few starters this week after the injury scare with Brian Roset in our first preseason game. I also severely cut back on the playing time for some other important starters. Overall, I'm happy with our performance.
