Yup. Knew we would win this one. It was our win week. So what it was in OT. It's a win.
Off season acquisition J.B. Jennings finally decided to contribute. 108 yards and a TD. All on just nine carries. Very impressive Mr. Jennings.
Defense and special teams was good, giving us excellent field position all day.
Now on to the bye week. If we can fool the FOF gods into thinking this is our loss week, we may win two in a row when we come back in week 11.OSFL

GG IrishGuy. Good to see us kick some butt :) Pass game and secondary both clicking today. Covington's working a sharp attack, and we picked off four passes from Prescott, who otherwise looks pretty solid as a young quarterback.Float likeabutterflysting likeabee.

Really not sure we could have played any better defensively this week. Offensively we were strong as well, except the run game wasn't the most efficient.. But Cam Recker and this defense really put on a show today. Shedleski had his worst rating since his first career start and our pass rush was absolutely vicious. Recker throws for 260 and 3 scores on 25 attempts. Not a bad way to go into the bye, now in sole possession of first in the West.
GG PH, didn't expect to run away with that one, but it was definitely nice to see such a strong showing.

Randall Fischer watch: 34 touches, 8 fumbles. Has there ever been a more buttery fingered player? The rate at which he coughs up the ball is comical at this point. He also averages 1 yard per target and has dropped 2 passes out of 12 targets.
pizzaddict.. You're Lake County right? What are your thoughts on the record setting rookie? Has there ever been a player so detrimental to his teams success in such a small amount of action? Are you secretly laughing up in the owners suite while you watch him completely fail at every turn out there? I can only imagine what his teammates and the fans think of him by now. His popularity says he is recognized, but I don't think he is being recognized for anything good, haha.

Columbus GG we got totally dominated for almost the whole game. Then I started to get little excited as we scored 3 TD's in final 8 mins, 2 of which came with turnovers. However could not get final TD to possibly tie game. We have to not get behind by so much, and not let teams get 1st downs like they are playing some high school team. Also was frustrated at my QB as on the final play of game instead of throwing a Hail Mary he scrambles. Makes me wonder if he has a gambling problem and wanted to make sure we lost lmao.Last edited by irabowman; 04-24-2015, 12:44 PM.

Granberry and Co. drop 41 on our opponents for the second week in a row and the offense is just scary right now. We've scored 30+ ppg for the 7th straight week and show no signs of slowing down. We get rest next week which will hopefully be enough to cover some of the injuries we have nagging the defense. It is also nice to us get revenge on our division rivals.
The game IS exciting when the guys you draft make this kind of difference.
