Great game Aston. Congrats on making to another Tobacco Bowl. Up until the last drive Boston really held us throughout the game on 3rd and short.
Thanks guys. It is nice to finally bring a championship to Waco. It was a very defensive game with sloppy offense on both sides.
I was really wondering the game logic behind this:
3-2-BOS02 (4Q: 00:28) Albert Garner spiked the ball to stop the clock
I was screaming at the computer after I saw this. Way too much time to be wasting a down, spiking the ball!
WR Wally Upshaw is a very deserving playoff MVP. He had a huge Conference Championship game and was clutch on our final drive in this one.
With QB Albert Garner probably set to retire and a bunch of players on expiring contracts, we will have a very difficult time keeping this team together.
