  • Top 3 part II : 3rd/4th rounders

MY top 3s will be out of order, simply my three favorites per rounds.

    3rd:

3.7 LAke County, DT, Sebastian Armstrong

    3.14 Waco, S, Victor Ohm

    3.23 Punx, DE, Shawn Davis

    4th:

    4.5 Anchorage, OLB, Eduardo Bernstein

    4.21 Morgantown, DT, Junior Hartl

4.26 Washington , DE, Stan Andersen

    Round 3
    3.8 - T Kent Cannida - Chicago/King Kosar
    3.9 - G Harry Walters - Columbus/Nemesis
    3.10 - T Ricardo Lamb - Morgantown/garion

Why not? After a run of four tackles in a row to close out the 2nd round, three very good OL prospects come off the board consecutively at the top of the 3rd. This group may even stack up favorably.

    Round 4
    4.7 - C J.R. Gerhardt - South Maryland/IrishGuy
    4.10 - WR Griffin Miller - Chicago/King Kosar
    4.18 - DE Drew Kennedy - Port City/jley

SMD takes a center whose combines are so exceptional, it's hard to imagine him not starting down the line. Miller looks like a solid, steady performer -- though not too explosive -- and Kennedy is a no-combine guy with upside as a risk/reward pick for this round.

        Players we like

3.14 S Ohm Waco: Looks like he has every skill but run def. If that had been better we might of seen Ohm be a 2nd rounder.
3.25 OLB Wade Washington: I have to say same thing about Wade I said of Ohm, for myself though I feel this skill hurts Wade more so than Ohm. I do think both these guys will be great against pass.

TIE: 3.3 K Jackson Waco & 3.13 K Newsome Charlotte: Both these K's look like they will be fantastic K's to me. Reason I like these picks is because I don't know how bad these teams are hurting for a K but I would never have the kahonas to take a K this early in the draft, they did and made sure they got who they wanted. I would of waited till at least 5th rd, as I did this & last year.

        4th Round
4:21 DT Hart Morgantown: Strength, Agility, & Bars makes me think he will be solid.
4:27 FB Strickland St.Paul: Like his Run & Pass block skill, wish he had strength to go with those skills When it comes to 3 & 1 to go I think if they hand off to him it will be 1st & 10. He may only get 1 yard but I see him getting that 1st down a lot.
4:29 DE Wilson Memphis Not sure if he is being drafted as looking for a starter or backup, if a backup and Memphis starter goes down to injury I am betting they won't see much of a drop in performance.
