It looks like there are very few undrafted QB's that have had any sort of success in the OSFL. I decided to go into the career statistics screen and sort QBs by games started. I had to go a fair ways down the list before I found an undrafted one. And I only found two that had career QB ratings over 80:
QB Ralph Lehmann (Dakota, North Liberty & Brooklyn) - 30 career starts with 40 TDs and 19 INTs for a 84.4 QB Rating.
QB Roderick Sikkenga (Utah, Morgantown & Boston) - 30 career starts with 48 TDs and 22 INTs for a 90.9 QB Rating.

Two guys spanning over 32 seasons is not great.
Ralph Lehmann! I was responsible for that one! :)
He wasn't bad for an undrafted guy. I eventually let him go because I didn't want to pay that much for a 3rd QB and I had acquired a backup I liked more.
We kept him under wraps for as long as we could since he was a reliable backup. I'll remember him for stepping in during those dark, dark Tobacco Days. And, after we lost out on Cary Money in free agency, for stepping in and guiding the Irish to a 12-4 season :)
