I pretty much controlled 3 quarters, but couldn't put any distance on them... bad loss. Clutch performance by Anchorage.

The Bayhawks traveled to play the Pearl Harbor Defenders in a NC West matchup and were blown out by the final score of 24-6. We had no answer for the Defenders running game and allowed them to control the pace of the game. The Bayhawks have lost their 10th straight game and are still looking for their first win. The Bayhawks won't be losing this week. We have a BYE week!

What made you think we were alive in the first place?

I want to personally thank my coaches for abandoning my defensive gameplan in the 4th qtr. Ugh.

        Otherwise a solid effort.
jistic, you and I were in the same boat. I just went back to "recommended" for just about everything and finally got some production out of my offense and some good defense.

My 2nd round pick Irv Furnas finally had a breakout game with 7 catches 62 yards and 2 TDs.

I also started my rookie 7th round pick at RT and he didn't give up a sack. I went with the rook over my starter's back up. My veteran starter is good for 2 sacks allowed per game. We'll see how he holds up next week against Memphis.

My kicker who had a solid season in the first year has struggled a bit in year 2. The bastard shanked a freaking xtra point earlier in the game, but nailed a 55 yarder to put the game out of reach.

                Pffft. Bye week.

Skerik, thanks for encouraging more participation. People chiming in about the games, the players and the league is what makes a good league into a great league. Merely turning in exports on time doesn't generate the interest and immersion that human interaction can and will.

Ive finally reaqlized what the Gainesville Gaels are. The Gaels are playoff quality team but not a championship quality team. Las Vegas kicked our ass. Period. Damon Bishop looked like a mix of Michael Vick and Peyton Manning against us. Our D did nothing all game and the O sucked until the 3rd quarter and by then it was too late. 3 straight road loss and next we have another tough road game against a Division rival, Charlotte.

If we have to roll through you to move ahead of Phoenix, so be it. It'll just make it easier to reel you in during the home stretch.

Cosby with 112 QB rating after 22-33 for 274 passing yards and 2 TD's. Wish he showed up like that for every game.

I know I'm late with this. But North Liberty has quietly reeled off three straight after that waxing by the hands of the commish. Our defense is finally playing to their potential and if I could get just a LITTLE help from my offense within the opponents' 35 I'd be so good. I'm really scared of Chicago because I feel like they match up well with our anemic offense. We'll see I guess.
