Glad to hear things are getting sorted out, Ira. You'll be in a better place soon!
SpoilerGG Charlotte. You kept our offense pretty contained and came up with with a big turnover when we were inside your 5, but the Dakota defense was just great today. Neil Cibella is emerging as a dominant NT and we shut out Charlotte 13-0.
I gotta get this offense on track if I want to go far in the postseason.
Unless we're the 2000 Baltimore Ravens? :)

SpoilerWashington some how survives another OT, this time a 23-20 win over the Showboats. Memphis had a chance to win it in regulation with 3 seconds to play but Skip Fletcher (K) missed a 48 yard FG wide right.
We were able to pull out the win on the strength of our deep passing game as Granberry keyed on positional mismatches catching a linebacker trying to cover speedster, Kennedy Clancy (WR) on a 43 yard bomb and two plays later Justin Freeman (WR) for a 38 yard strike to the Showboats 1 yard line and a chip shot field goal for the win.
Again we put major pressure on the opposing QB with 7 sacks, 6 hurries, 6 knockdowns and 6 passes defended, but no interceptions and we allowed 376 yards in the air. I think we have to do better on 3rd down and we need a running game to hold possession a bit longer.
Good game, Scortch.

GG, FF! We do indeed climb back over .500 in this one. We manage, somehow, over 30 points on fewer than 300 yards of offense. San Fran's offense had an even uglier outing, though, so the game was comfortably in hand.
But this team is pretty unimpressive. Defending conference champs, guys. Gotta start playing like it.Float likeabutterflysting likeabee.

Spoiler
Kalispel Stags 17
Waco Warhawks 24
I was really impressed with our defense as we held Kalispel to only 10 points on offense (our QB Lyon threw a 92 yard pick six). Our QB needs to be more consistent and we need our O-Line to step up and help out our run game. Hopefully our young RB duo of Eduardo Bruner and Allan Poor can step it up during the second half of the season.

GG, Delandis. That one really could have gone either way. Missed opportunities ruled the day for Memphis, with a blocked 22 yard FG in the 2nd and a missed FG late in the 4th that would have won the game. It was an exciting one throughout, though. Good luck with the rest of your year.

SpoilerAnother defeat for the Portland Phantoms this week. Poor performance from QB Jarrod Gaddy but I don't think I can drop him this season. If I can find a replacement next season, he could be on his way.
Incredibly frustrating season so far, if we can cut out the mistakes on offense, maybe we can get to 6 or 7 wins (optimistic).
Good game jley618

GG Irish guy, Well Las Vegas came up short again even though they outgained S Maryland by 6 yards lmao. Feeling there is small improvements, but these improvements need to be more drastic. Thinking the problem is one of 3 things or maybe little of all.
1. Lousy coaching staff, I am in another league with what I think is a less talented team, and posting wins. So makes me feel the coach could be a issue.
2. Other league I have a good RB 62, and 2 WRs 66 & 67, My QB 39 is below par in my option but he is having huge passing games. So I wonder just how things might of been different had I been able to afford "BigFoot" for Mandell to throw too.
3. I am playing some major pros in he OSFL, Meaning I still have a lot of learning to do to compete.Last edited by irabowman; 07-16-2015, 05:17 PM.
