  • Week 12 Pregame Chatter

The Los Alamos Monsters (6-4)travels to Dakota for a match-up against the Totems (4-6). The Monsters have somehow shifted from a defensive team to an offensive attack, averaging 21.6 ppg, while allowing 16.5 ppg.
Henry Harrell's return to form will be a key factor in the final score in this contest. Dakota boasts one of the leagues stoutest run defenses, allowing only 94.8 ypg. The Totems also hold opposing QBs to less than 60% completions, allowing under 16 receptions per game.

The Totems are still struggling to find their offense, scoring only 14.8 ppg and allowing 14.7 ppg.

Both clubs are on the plus side of the turnover battle, benefitting from opponent's miscues.

Two squads struggling a bit to find their identies make for a coin-flip outcome in this weeks showdown.

    Good luck

We travel to St. Paul to take on the Bandits. . .a charter member of the Old Skull Football League .

Should be an interesting matchup. The Bandits handed the Utah Bees an early season loss so they are capable of beating anyone in the AC West. . . well, almost anyone. . .

Yuma vs. Anchorage is going to be a slobberknocker. The first team to score 10 points might just win this game.

We play at home vs. North Liberty in a matchup of last year's first two picks. The Enforcers have improved by a large margin already, Denver not so much. Either way I'm really hoping for my team gets a W on my birthday.

We get to travel to face the winless San Francisco Bayhawks.

I wouldn't be surprised if we lose this game.

          Prove me wrong, Randy Richardson!

I love me some slobber getting knocked. :)

It should be just that.. A war of attrition and a test to see who can play mistake free.. We need to bounce back after a tough loss in week 11 and make our push for the playoffs count.

The Gaels get the team with the best record in the AC and maybe the best passing offense in the league. Gainesville's average and inexperienced secondary will be put to the test against the best WR combo in the league, Ingram and Wanatabe. The key to this game is whether the Gainesville 4 can put constant pressure on QB Dusty Cowell and make him hurry his throws. If not, Gainesville could be in for a long night.

I just thought of a new drinking game for my Solevision.

Take a shot every time Randy Richardson fumbles the ball!
