Explosive offensive show by the Sharks this week, with Galligher toping the 300 Yards and both our RBs over 60 yards. Defense played lights out (apart from garbage time as usual) and we´re 2-0 tied with the AI, 2 games ahead of Saw and LC.

GG Nem. We just got lucky this week. You definitely should have won that game. Somehow, we just hung in there enough to keep it close and came up with three big field goals at the end of the game. You had us whooped in yardage, third down conversions, time of possession, etc. The only phase of the game we even competed in was special teams. I wouldn't read too much into this one.

My defense is playing lightyears better than last year, and the offense is also pretty good. 2 FFs and 2 Picks in a great victory over the Defenders.

Phantoms drop to 0-2 after another woeful offensive display. QB Gaddy manages to cough it up three times including once in overtime to set up the game winning field goal for San Fran.

              Things need to improve, sharpish!

GG Rush. Very close match. Your kicker with the 59 yard KICK to tie the game and send it in to OT. Epic Kick. We caught a break with the fumble.

Happy to see Hale finally show up in a game...2 sacks, 1 Forced Fumble, and two fumble recoveries...hopefully he continues to grow with this defense.

GG RyanG. I will be happy if we get some more performances like this game. Mandel 22 of 31, 251 yards 3TD's 0 INTs decent running game also Sparkman 12 attempts 62 yards , 10 attempts 63 yards. Then Defense helped out though Anchorage had some nice drives D stopped them or held them to FG's Poole had INT & Randel had a 91 YD fumble return for TD. Even if I lose a game like this if I get this production in a loss I can handle it.

GG Chicago! Our defense showed up this time. Our offense wasn't quite as good but didn't turn the ball over.

It is gonna be tough to play the rest of the season without a decent CB but it didn't hurt us in this game.

GG Saw. We got off to a great start (i think 28-3) and win in an easy manner. Glad to be 2-0. Best of luck rest of season Saw..

Bah!! This season is going to be a long, frustrating one. All the injuries have taken a toll already.

Our offense has really been clicking so far and our rookie WR Trent Ramsey has been very impressive in his first two games.

Much better week 2 for us. Buchanan played his balls off, and he is on pace for 1000 yards on the ground after 2 games. He's our leading rusher as well. Sagapolutele with a nice breakout type game as well. We didn't win big, but we played well and we'll need to play even better against Camden at their place. Nice early test for us.

                                GG Yuma.

It's blatantly obvious that I should not recycle anymore game plans. I tried to use one that I used for Grauman and Co. but Yuma ran the ball even more and gouged us big time. Is there anything you can do with a scrambling quarterback?

I think I'm going to look for better defensive coordinator next season. We were able to dodge a bullet last week against Portland but this week, we allowed a late drive to send the game into overtime that we eventually lost. That can't happen. Also we can't seem to salt away games with the running games. That hurts us too. Too many three and outs.
