GG Foos! Our offense played a sharp game for having so few yards, and the miscues from Dakota helped us along the way. Glad to get a win against a pretty nice looking team, and Columbus is next. I hope we can get the edge on offense here, but we haven't really seen who Cristian Drake is yet.

We're also 1-2, which is a heck of a lot better than 0-3.

First play of the game after kickoff.

Morgantown: Pro formation, strength is left. The defense is in a 34 and 3-deep zone coverage, expecting the run.
1-10-MOR26 (1Q: 14:25) Norm Dakota pass completed to TE Norm Varona for 30 yards. Tackled by CB Lawrence Lewis. The receiver ran his route right over the middle of the field. Varona gained 12 yards after the catch. Morgantown's Norm Dakota was hurt on the play.
You son of a -----------, Hoosier.

My backup laid the smackdown though.

I told you. You have a good team. Point yourself as a play off contender with a good draft next year man.

We survived in Portland with our defense very lost through the first half. However again this is the kind of games that we lost in the past days and now we are able to turn around and win... We have to play better. There isnslight chamce to finish 5-0 before the break which would be amazing

GG Sirem back and forth the whole game.

I was sure we was going to lose this one, as with little over 4 mins left in game and leading 23 - 17 I just knew my team would give away the TD and they did 23 -24 with 2:07 left in game, we then go 4 and out. Get the ball back with like 30 seconds Mandell finally hits a long pass play spikes the ball with 4 seconds left. Player of the game Juan Arceo and nails a amazing 53 field goal. 26 -24 final. First time since taking over in LV we have won 2 games back to back. The booze is running freely in LV.

When it came down to it this week we made too many mistakes against a ball control team and eventually Camden wore us down and made us pay late with some time consuming drives to finish the game. We had a shot down 2 with 6 minutes left but couldn't get em off the field. Lost Sagapolutele and our starting C for a few weeks each as well. We're limping along right now and its gonna be tough to get to .500 or better with things the way they are at the moment.

GG Rando. I hate Shea still.

Somehow we won against NO although statistically it looks like we probably should've gotten destroyed.

We've got an early bye week next week. I hate early bye weeks.

                          GG Julio

The 5th consecutive year now we've played Yuma in the regular season. We've played more games against the Aces than any other non-division foe and despite our recent success we still came into this lasted game with a 10-16 head to head record.

It was strange going up against Yuma and not seeing the not-so-aptly-named Camden Recker under center for them as he had been the previous 4 years, but just barely a minute into the game and the Ace's new signal caller was doing his best to make things feel more familiar for us.

3-10-YUM20 (1Q: 13:53) Britt Buchanan pass was intended for WR Lonnie Gomez and was intercepted by CB Sammie Eiguren at the YUM37. The interception was returned 37 yards for a TOUCHDOWN! The quarterback threw away from the double coverage. Camden 6, Yuma 0

The Aces proved they could take as well as they could give though in the form of an 83 yard fumble recovery for a TD to bring them within just 2 points late in the 4th quarter.

We responded by grinding a few minutes off the clock then kicked a FG, but still needed what amounted to a a game ending INT to secure a 5 point win. With 1, 2 and 5 point margins of victory so far we are very lucky to be 3-0, but we'll take it.

Up next we've got a 3 game stretch coming up now against the AC South including a week 5 showdown with the before mentioned Camden Recker. it seems there's just no escaping the guy.
