Just wanted to say a special thanks to garion. Some of you may have noticed his "OSFL officer" badge on the forums -- I asked him and Foos to help me out when I first came on board as commissioner, and they've both been immense.

Aside from being a very long term GM here, he's been a great sounding board for me and has helped out a bunch with the mechanics of running the league. From helping out with recruiting to moderating the forum, to adminning the drafts, and just being a friendly, helpful presence especially to newer players. He will be extraordinarily missed, and as with any GM who leaves (including saw, Nem, and spot who are leaving at the end of this season) -- I hope they'll be back before too long.

I can't do this alone, and fortunately, we have a ton of folks here who are all those things (sans the draft admin/moderator stuff), and it is *greatly* appreciated.

I've enjoyed my time here immensely. In fact this was my first ever MP FOF league (I think), but it just feels like time to move on. FOF isn't doing it for me much lately and the last thing I want is to continue running a team but missing exports, etc. I think I'm leaving the team in pretty good shape. Needs a starting CB for sure. A stud WR wouldn't hurt. Haven't had any of those for a while. :P

Thanks to you all for making this a great league to play in. It always was a great league because of the personalities. Who knows, I may just come back in the future for some more tobacco and pizza rolls.

Always sad when someone leaves but even more so when it is somebody who contributes so much to the league. As a relative newbie looking for advice, garion would be one of the first to come forward and help. It's a shame you are leaving bud, hope you come back soon
