  • Week 8

3-3 Outlaws play host to 5-2 San Fran Bayhawks, we lost week 1 matchup that we allowed to slip out of our fingers. We are coming off our bye week and with that rest and a win we could be within a half game of 1st. Unfortunately on offense we have lost FB Looker to what looks like a career ending injury. The positive side defensively S Bryant Emmons was traded for from Dakota they was unhappy with is coverage ability, we feel he will be huge addition for us stopping long runs and also improvement coverage wise. We have traded for a lot of 7th-10th year guys with hopes of success. So that success has to happen now and next season.

We travel to Columbus for our second match up of the season, we sneaked past them on W1 with a win thanks to a interception return TD and a kick return TD.

Hopefully last game offensive performance will be continued this week and force a win in what is starting to shape up like an early game of the season for our division.

The 5-2 Showboats will travel to Phoenix to play the 5-1 Riders. This is the game that we have had circled as our biggest test since our week one loss to Waco. I'm hoping that our recently improved pass defense will hold up and we'll be able to give ourselves a chance to win a tough one on the road.

Defensive struggle, which I like. Unfortunately, we come out on the losing end.

Key statistic for me... South Maryland is 0 for 13 on 3rd down. Yeah, that'll kill my offense every time.

At least it wasn't a tie Irish. Sharks are finally showing some form with four wins in a row, Brooklyn still unbeaten, Waco looking strong again and can't rule out Boston. It's gearing up for a great second half.

Big important win over Columbus this week, sweeping our match ups this year.

Joyner was amazing once again, carrying the team of his shoulders and the running game showerd up, Johnston and Mayes combining for 165 yards. Our DL played up to what we expected as we built this team, bringing chaos in their backfield.

Dont blame me, but i feel somehow happy that we knocked out Leoni for 3 weeks, this might give us a chance to catch up to them in the division title race.

Good time for our bye week. We head to our South Maryland match now with a WR back and a new starting RB.

Gotta say pretty good week for me all around being the only one in my division with a W this week. Be interesting to see what the playoff race will look like in my division.

Thanks Memphis and New Orleans for pulling off big wins this week.

Wow, what a second quarter by Denver though, 20 points. What if they played a full 60. Dangerous.

Next week, battle of literal cross town rivals. Im coming for you Port City!

Gambled not playing Granberry who was still nursing a knee injury, and Huntley almost pulled it out (phrasing!). It wasn't to be, but Granberry is 100% going into a crucial matchup against Anchorage.

Gotta keep those pesky Phantoms of my heels.

big win over Morgantown with QB Vanderjagt at the helm after a dreadful season by Atkins (big contract=Manziel fever)

we are still in the running in the weak NC West

hopefully we can get our first division win next week vs Yuma

Good job at killing my star rookie RB's career and dominating my team in the process. REAL GOOD GAME to you sir.

Seriously though does this league not want me to have a RB?

Man, that's a pisser. You draft an RB and he goes out for reconstructive knee surgery. You draft a replacement with a Top 5 pick, and he tears his ACL. Floyd looks like a stud, too. I feel for you.
