i have all the mp stuff set up but when i click a player i get an error that says

"unable to load past season data file. saved game is missing"

You need to download the zip file with all the past season data. If you go to the Setup Guide (http://www.simgamingnetwork.com/foru...ad.php?t=17261), you'll find it in Step 2.

I'd suggest to follow the steps shown in the Setup Guide to insure you have done everything correctly. it'll save you time from posting and waiting for someone to reply to you :)
