Import Scout Ratings (Draft)

A set of instructions for those that would like to Import Scout Ratings from their game and then into the Draft Conscriptor.


Open Multi-player game (e.g. OSFL2007)

In the Almanac Menu, click Export Personal Scouting Data

Click Yes

Data will be exported to your C:\ drive

In the draft conscriptor, click Import Scout Ratings menu

Click Browse

Find the file draft_personal. You can find this in a folder similar to this;

C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Solecismic Software\Front Office Football Seven\leaguedata\OSFL2007

Click Upload

You should now have the ability to see your scout ratings for each prospect in the conscriptor.

Thanks Rush, I do hope this gets stickyed as I had the addy wrote down but apparently lost it and I always forget by memory how to get to the hidden files. Yes it is a sign I am getting old.

I think that you need to click on Export Data to export the data for all the players in the league befor exporting the personal scouting data. At lest that has always been the case for me when I have done it. Can anyone else variety this?

Yes, I can verify this Rob. You have to click both, Export Data first, then the Export Personal Scouting Data. The first gives all the players and the league scout info, and the second adds your personal scout's info.

I have never done it that way so I must have always got just my scouts ratings. I will edit the OP later to reflect this

For DA you need both. For conscriptor you only need draft_personal.

In general the "FOF Data Folder" is located at %APPDATA%\Solecismic Software\Front Office Football Seven\

Export data is in the "leaguedata" folder. League files are in the "leagues" folder.

Here's the thing, though, when you click export data it will tell you exactly where the files are ;)
