When QB Sawyer Rogers went down last week, I was a tad worried. But backup Noah Wilkins played exceptionally well, helped by our running game and defense restricting you despite you guys having a lot of the ball. Good luck rest of the way

Man, our defense was in good form today, had one of their better first halves and helped us build a lead, then played solid in the second half again. We've been a first half team so far, which is good. It stops our opponents from getting a real good read on our offense.

Love what I am seeing so far from just about everyone on the team, not the least of which is C Gerald Hirschman, who is about to earn a pancake centric nickname if he keeps it up.

GG Bomber, we got the upper hand and never really gave your guys much to work with this week.

3 pick sixes, two delivered by Christian Drake. We couldn't push it in for a TD instead of a FG from inside the five and it was the difference in the game.

That said, at least it was an exciting back and forth game!

Ouch, that was unexpected. We were big favorites in this game, but the Mechanics pull out the clutch win as time expires.

It looked like a reasonably solid performance from our side, too, aside from the scoreboard! GG.

GG Huntsville.

Ciszek took off and led the Sharks to the first W of the new (old) Sharkn20 Era at the reins of his Alma Mater.

Dilly and Welch did and excellent job RACking yards after catch and the Defense stop Huntsville on their tracks in the 2nd half.

I think we have team for an 8-8 season, let's see if we can get better as the cohesion builds up.

GG Jake, Outlaws played a solid 1st half for 16 -3 halftime lead. 2nd half offense sputtered and would of lost this game had it not been for former Anchorage DE Gatski's fumble recovery and 35 yard TD return. Hopefully this win will give Outlaws some momentum to have more good performances and get some W's this year. Coaches did put the ball in Schultz's hands this time 21 for 76 yards. Schultz had several good runs but just as many that went nowhere. We will be looking in future for some R blocking tackles to hopefully remedy this situation and improve the run game.

Return of the Half Back

Leo Watson puts up some ok numbers in his return to Utah after being traded 2 seasons ago.

Utah, though Syron finding his targets, 3 WRs with 100+ yards, fail in the red zone. Long story short. Lose a heart breaker by 3 pts.

Syron with a 44 yd rushing TD though. That was nice.

The Marauders really got away with one here. Allowed 230 yards rushing, but turnovers and the refs down the stretch really screwed you guys. 13 penalties for 130 yards, including big, critical ones in OT. That was horrible... I'd be pissed if that happened to me.

Marauders go to 2-0, but feeling a little dirty about it.

Connor Cannida came up with 2 picks to put him at 50 for his career. He had us worried when his ratings fell of a cliff this offseason and then he didn't do anything at all against Waco. Hopefully he can grab a couple more this year, despite not being the player that he once was, and stay on track to eventually becoming the all-time leader in INTs.

Oh yeah, we played a game too. That was fun.
