Wish my coaches would of took a couple gambles on 4th and short. Anyways 10 - 3 loss we did not get blown out, last season we was slaughtered in most all of our losses. This season after 5 games we are 1-4 61PF 110PA Last season we was 0-5, 55 PF and 144 PA. Seeing little improvement. Hopefully by seasons end we will see more fingers crossed.
Patience my friend to build. Yes it was a good game but my defence finally played the way they were supposed to...let's see if they can keep it up. RB Grim did what we have him there to do and that's win us games!!

We need practice squads to have NFL rosters. Shit, NFL rosters need to be expanded.

I'm good with the injury setting. Sometimes you're just in for a shit year. My guess is it's a roll on your Strength Coordinator at the beginning of the season. You get a bad roll, your season is f-ed. You get a good roll, your season is "normal" which means 1 to IR and multiple injuries throughout the year.

In other news, we continue to suck. I was trying to ride our second year QB this year to see if he's worth anything since we owe him a bunch of money as a former 1st round pick.

He sucks. He looks like he sucks and he does. After our bye this week he'll be on the bench, if not cut entirely free. Shit, I don't even know his name. lol

^ It does feel like that sometimes. I've had seasons where big injuries just piled on nonstop, and others where it was relatively quiet. It's rarely too quiet, though. I suppose staff has a lot to do with it, and perhaps TC as well.

Three straight defeats now. QB Rogers returned and was pretty awful, Wilkins came in late and made the score look respectable at least.
            GG.

With our lack of overall talent and aged roster, we play a bit more conservatively on offense than in past years. Your backup looked good out there when I thought the game was over. Always feels good to get one on the division rivals. :)

Now we host the undefeated Mechanics. I haven't looked at their roster yet but they are undefeated so we've got our work cut out for us.

When you look at their roster you will wonder how the hell they are doing it.

I assumed it was their Oline. All their games have been close, so ...

If it keeps up, you might wanna save that rex gameplan, haha. They're playing their asses off for sure.

Kind of in the same boat with Morgantown. Figured we'd be a middle tier team, especially after trading away two of our studs. Hope we can keep the roll going.

OK, I see now what I have to win consistently in this league. I have to score at least 34 points, mostly because my defense is so bad. At least now I have a goal.
