How do I import the latest league file?

Hey guys, I was wondering how do I import the most recent sim which would be tonight?

I see an option to do it from the ingame menu, but it says only the commish can access that part.

Brewmaster's Cups: 1987
Import League Champions: 1987, 1989
Porter Division Champions: 1986, 1987, 1989, 1999, 2000
Import League Wild Card: 2001, 2003, 2004

When Aaron posts the sim complete thread just download the file he links in his post and unzip to your leagues folder.
