Our worst fears became a reality in this SIM, Dashawn Broady RT, collapsed after a reconstructive knee surgery at the end of the last season, he was projected in 60s and now is 31 of potential...Our first round pick of 2042 is dead officially.

I really don't understand why I can't get a decent RB in this league. I've drafted a couple in the 2nd round, tried FA, and traded for some. Each time they tank. This draft I picked one in the first and overpaid for one in late FA. My rookie RBs went -6/-17 and -2/-12 in Ex2. So my 1st round pick went from 31/47, which already sucks for a first round pick, to 29/35.
My starting D-Line combined for -19/-19. That's almost 5 points per player across the line. That's not a good sign.
Other than that there wasn't too much movement. I was really hoping that I'd be able to put together a running game this season, since I have one of the best O-lines in the league and a couple young RBs that looked like they'd be competent. Now I don't know what we're going to do this season, but it's not looking great.

All you really need is a RB with high Hole Recognition and Endurance and you're set. Actually:
QB: Accuracy/Sense Rush/Avoid Int
RB: Hole Rec/Endurance
WR: Route Running/Big Play Receiving/(Get Downfield for additional bonus)
With your OL, you'd wreck.Columbus Catfish (2020-2030 & 2036-2038)

Yeah, unfortunately Jimenez showed above average hole recognition and really high endurance before the draft. Now he's showing 19 HR and 12 END. I was pretty excited to finally get a decent RB, and was willing to reach a little to get him.
Going back and looking at it, it seems that it was a hopeless errand this year. The highest rated rookie RB by my scouts is Kelly Adas at 31/43. I was fighting an uphill battle all along.

Wow. That has to be the worst year for RBs I've ever seen. Shocking drop.
@Nemesis -- does it, or do high HR bars simply primarily occur in better RBs? Compare sorting current league RBs by HR and Elusive, for example.Last edited by Aston; 11-22-2016, 12:27 AM.Float likeabutterflysting likeabee.

Mercury Farmer, Nick's RB in CyFL up until this PS2 was an example of this type of RB, and he was only rated like 42/42. Yeah he has Speed Outside, but that was pretty insignificant to Overall Rating and YPC.Columbus Catfish (2020-2030 & 2036-2038)

My 3rd round WR J. Burroughs went +9/+9, still admittedly trashy 7th round safety went +4, T. Watson dropped 7 but I also converted him to CB.
I had a decent draft considering it was me doing the drafting.
