GG, Born2Run. The Mauraders were actually a favorite in this game, and for a while they had the advantage. Huge plays by both teams in every phase of the game. Boston mounted a third quarter comeback and Dakota was left with a hole too deep to climb in the 4th. Our offense only scored 33 of those points, though, and 7 of them were from an 11-yard drive.
We have some tough injuries to deal with now, and my decision to eviscerate the team's WR depth seems a little questionable at the moment.Float likeabutterflysting likeabee.

We gave up 27 times our season average in points allowed. You guys had a plethora of great special teams plays, and my coaching staff had some head scratcher calls today. But, the young rookie WR, Elias Mays, got a nice 90+ yard catch and run. Surprised we were favored, actually. Didn't have a good feeling going into this one.Originally posted by Aston View Post

This was a pretty good matchup, but Slaughter outplayed Owen and that was essentially the difference. I don't know if our secondary would have done much better healthy, but I hope we will be better in that category if we meet again.
