GG, Nem! We finish on a strong note here with a good performance from the defense on Sage, and (hopefully?) securing homefield in the process. We might be without DT Tom Hopkins for the playoffs, though, and that will be tough -- but overall, our team is quite healthy, so I can't complain.

Grats to everyone who made it. Tough for Brooklyn to miss out at 10-6, but Chicago is quite deserving.

This was a fun season for the offense. Our top WR had 640 receiving yards and our top two TEs combined for over 1000. Let's see if these guys can make one last push.

    The table is set

Time for dinner...by that I metaphorically mean...the playoffs.

Threw this game away and thought Id give my 3rd stringer ago. Well, he will be remembered in the OSFL as a useless QB in a meaningless game. Cerf will be getting turfed, maybe even this week. Made more per games played than a lot of QBs in this league but will probably be sweeping up puke at an elementary school next week.

Anyway, congrats again to the post seasoners, lets do this!

Well, finished with a double digit win season. Look like that's "earned" us the right to host 13-3 Camden in the Wild Card round.

Might be a quick post-season for Morgantown

        gg

Offense died down the stretch of the season, at least the defense stepped it up allowing just 10 points per game over the final 5, too bad both couldn't have put it in high gear though. Assuming we move forward with OSFL, I'd be interested in seeing how our other 2 QB's will do next year.

We weren't embarassing this year at 8-8 and that was a nice change.

One hell of a finish to the season this week, capping off a strong campaign overall.. Downside to that is 13-3 doesn't get you much in the NC.

What sucks about the win is scoring that many points and watching RB Greer end up stuck at 19 TDs when he had the record right there. Both Greers had a hell of a year for us with Rico pulling down 11 picks and scoring 3 times while Lance ran for almost 1400 yards and 19 TDs while only fumbling twice. Overall, the team was ridiculous this year with forcing turnovers, coming in just a few shy of forcing 3 per game. That can be a good thing, but it can also be a bad thing. Need to keep that up in the postseason if we are to make any kind of a run against these bastards. Problem is that good teams rarely turn the ball over.

Hopefully the young QB can manage things in the playoffs, but we will need every other part of this team to be in top form in order to win.

Good game Bomber. Sad that it will be our last.

Now I've just got to hope we can get past Morgantown so we can take one more shot at Aston before he scoots off outa here.
