I gotta get a midweek first, but then I'll be as ready as I can get, heh.

Both my starting safeties are down, gotta do something about that to prep for that passing attack. Hopefully its a good game.. I expect we will have to jump out early and hang on tight in order to win. If its even or worse at halftime I expect you'll take it.

Wow..must be the lowest Nielson rated Bowl ever.

No love for the bowl champ?

Feels like this game has been delegated to the last page of the Want Ads in the Deseret News or the Yuma Times.

Congrats to Julio on the big win. It looks like years of strong drafting and developing a new offensive gameplan a few years back paid off with a championship.

Congats also to Engelbert on a strong season and for making your first bowl game.

Congrats to both Yuma for championship, & Utah for strong showing. I enjoyed seeing both teams being able to rack up a lot of yardage and move the ball. Great game you two.

Grats, Yuma! It's a shame Syron didn't get one but the Aces are so deserving. Glad to see it all pay off, Julio. On to FOF8! Have fun, you guys.

                        Engelbert, GG man..

There were some events that made this season happen for us, including maybe the most important postseason signing in team history, bringing in Bob Largent for the bowl. He ends up leading the team in tackles, also forced a fumble that we recovered and had 1.5 sacks in the game. Another huge factor was WR Nick Dole.. He has been a disappointment for the most part here, even being relegated to the 4th receiver role for a lot of the early part of this season because he just wasn't producing much in the starting role. He's been a forgotten man for a couple seasons now, but we put him back in the starting lineup down the stretch and in the playoffs this year he was outstanding. He caught 25 balls for 357 yards and 3 scores in the playoffs and basically redeemed himself for all that. Really took the heat off Levon Lake, who had been struggling to get open as the season wore on. Then you have Linebackers Devante Myers (A converted safety who started at SS for us this week) and Ramon Moe (Who started at RDE late in the year and kept us going when our other RDE Jamison was lost for the year) Without those two and Bob Largent, I don't think we could have done what we did to slow that passing attack. Another guy who deserves a mention is return man Greg Nichols, who led the league in punt returns this year and really helped us with field position in this game.

Dean Holmes too. What a rebound this year for him after struggling in the playoffs last season. Took him a good 5 or 6 games to earn my trust back this year, but when he did he took off and never looked back.

It all came together for us this year, which is good because a lot of key players in this group will begin next season as free agents and it's going to be hard to keep em all together. We will damn sure be trying though.

Once again, good game Engelbert. Congrats on a great season. I honestly can't believe our slapped together secondary with a linebacker playing safety managed to keep that pass game under wraps. It's been a long time coming to get these guys back to the promised land and its nice to close out the FOF 7 era with a win.

Looking forward to next season and seeing if Dean Holmes can become the next Randy Boone. He's been an incredible find for us after years of searching for the man to lead us back here.

Congrats, Julio! Great season, Engelbert. I have to admit to being happy about a bowl game that doesn't feature Waco or Boston. Good luck to all heading into the FOF8 future.

                            Congratulations Julio and The Aces,

Really Well Done on building that Yuma Force over the last few seasons and to achieve a Bowl success to make it all worth while.

Well Done also the Engelbert and The Golden Spikes for such a prolific showing this term, We really need to up our improvement rate to prevent Utah and Denver dominating the AC West every year.

(Engelbert- The list of GMs still states Utah as the Bees, (reason for me to keep getting your franchise nickname wrong I think) needs to be changed)

Last Well done to King Kosar for running the league this year, great work!,
I cant wait to get the next term underway!
