A couple of notes:
- The votes are in (except for 2) and the majority want to eliminate preseason sims (by 2 votes). IMO, thats not a big enough margin to make such a drastic change this late into the preseason. For the people who wanted to speed up the preseason, keeping the preseason the same only pushes back the start of the season a week so its not a long wait. With that said, I will be playing close attention to the activity of the owners during the preseason to see if there is enough activity to justify keeping preseason midweeks and whether we should put this up for a vote again in the offseason.
- I will be out of town on business on Thursday and Friday so Skerik will step in as commissioner and run the sims those days. The good news is people wont have to deal with my late Friday sims this week.
