How much help is a mentor to a team? I have been looking around most mentors have at least 7 yrs exp , though there are exceptions. My team has only one such player. And I don't see what good a P or K mentor would be at all. Any feedback would be helpful

Mentors are to help young players development.
1. They impact players in their position group who have 3 years of experience or less.
2. Both the mentor and the player must be Active for the impact.
The impact can be very significant, especially when you have a player with a lot of green.

Thanks.
Nope, there can be mentors at these positions.
QB, RB, (FB?), WR, TE, OT, OG, C, DE, DT, OLB, ILB, CB, S, K, P.
So if you have a player that needs to be mentored, make sure you have a guy at his position to help out.California Kodiaks - GM - 1982-2013
