S. Maryland GM Stepping Down

Due to my workload and other FOF load I have decided I need to cut back on a league and since I just couldn't get into the unique city/team thing here in OSFL this is the one that gets cut. I was going to try to stay for the season but it's just not working.

GL to all except the one GM that is still blocking my posts because he wouldn't accept an apology and can't see this anyway.

BTW - you guys have the best draft utility I've used!
